  1.  Network Measurements
    We deliver best-in-class drive test campaigns – from data collection, post-processing, data analysis and reporting. With close partnership with equipment OEMs, we offer both local and cloud-based quality reporting, in the most cost-efficient manner.
    We support simultaneous data correlation between Drive test data and crowd-source data, in order to gain refined customer insights.
    We demonstrate our commitment to noise-free frequency band operations, by offering “Frequency Interference Test (FIT)” services to Communications Service providers.
  2. Customer Engagement
    We conduct structured customer surveys that meet TM Forum standard and methodologies, like independent Net Promoter Score surveys.
    We track customer perception post-survey feedback, and report variations.
  3. Service Surveillance
    Based on Managed service agreement, we provide L1 & L2 support for operations guided by ITIL standards.
    We run a full Turn-Key Service Operations Center (SOC) that bridge network operations and customer relations. The focus here is to provide a gateway for customer complaint handling (CCH), that involves proactive service correlations, demarcation, process automation and prioritized escalation.
  4. Test Automation and Process Audit
    As networks evolve to virtual environment, we offer software testing to providers, in order to create a layer of service assurance, post-service deployment.
    We are committed to service quality improvement through top-class process audits and result-driven target correlation.
