He is one of the founding partners of ISC, with 19 years Mobile Telecom experience, at both technical and Senior Management level with multi-national firms, where he worked in network deployment, operations and performance management. As the CEO of ISC, he oversees strategy development and execution, stakeholder management and customer value realization. He earned MBA Management and Master of Science degree in Mobile and High Speed Telecommunication Networks from University of Bradford and Oxford Borrkes UK respectively.

Dozie is a co-founder of ISC, with over 20 years of management and technical experience in the ICT industry. A member of Nigerian Society of Engineers, COREN and a certified Prince2 Practitioner, he has diverse experience in business development, policy/process formulation and execution, managed service and operations management. In ISC, he oversees all external stakeholder relationship/management and policy implementation. He earned Master of Science degree in Mobile and High Speed Telecommunication Networks from Oxford Borrkes University UK.

Dubem brings 20years of active legal practice to ISC management team. She has a vast experience in legal advisory, company secretarial services and litigation. As ISC Executive, Dr Dubem will oversee all corporate and commercial contract commitments. Her experience is backed with deep academic research, which earned her LLM and PhD in law from University of Abuja.

David Akada is a smart professional with over 18 years experience in the telecommunications industry. His core expertise are service delivery and operations management, which was gained working in several multi-national organizations. As Operations Director in Huawei Technologies and Dalenet Technologies, he managed MTN Benin end-to-end Network operation for several years. He leads the technical management team in ISC and he is responsible for all technical consultations with partners and suppliers. Reviewing solutions, projects and operations delivery strategies. He has a B. tech in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) and a wide range of industry standard telecommunications trainings.
